RuthPersonal TrainerI am a qualified personal trainer at nvq level 3 and have a background in martial arts, I studied kung fu, muay thai kick-boxing and more recently I compete in triathlon events.
I am happy to help people interested in changing their lives through healthy living and exercise plus I can put together a nutrition programme if weight loss is your goal.

DaveI have been involved in all areas of sport since I can remember and use the knowledge I picked up on the way for my training and development of my clients & members.
If you like boxing you’ll be training with our experienced boxer, Dave, who also runs the circuit training classes. The class involves training with a partner, pad work, boxing combinations, defence and sparring techniques. Boxing based fitness routines are also used like squats, shoulder press, press ups, battle ropes & ab stations for a maximum routine that will increase strength, power, speed and overall fitness. This is a comprehensive workout suitable for all levels and abilities so if you fancy something a bit different, come down and throw a few punches!!

MitchI am a qualified fitness instructor who has a passion for weightlifting and body transformations. I’ve learnt different techniques over the 4 years that i’ve been training and put them to good use on myself and in my classes. I now compete in physique competitions regularly.
My classes are intense and hard work but definitely worth it! I will push you through your barriers and limitations and help progress your physique like you’ve never seen before whatever your fitness goals may be!

- Anthony BlakeAnthony, being Mike Blake’s son, has a good knowledge of all things “gym"... Any queries, he’ll be able to answer them; any machines he’ll be able to fix them!
- Sophie BlakeSophie takes care of all the stock & memberships. If you have any queries about memberships sophie will sort them out. She also looks after the ordering, so if you’re running low on your protein or hoodies, let her know!
